1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Astralis AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Astralis AI provides astrological timing guidance intended for personal development, mindfulness, and manifestation practice. The Service uses planetary data, birth chart information, and goal tracking to suggest optimal times for personal practices.

Important: Astralis AI is a wellness and personal development tool. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

3. Early access

You are subscribing during the early access phase. The full Astralis AI application is currently in development. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• The app may not yet be available on your platform
• Features described on the website represent the intended final product
• You will be notified by email when the app launches
• Early access pricing of £2.99/week is a special introductory rate

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free trial: 7 days free from the date of sign-up
• Billing: £2.99/week, charged weekly after the trial ends
• Payment: Processed securely by Stripe
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each week until cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal — effective at the end of your current billing period

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. After billing begins, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@astralisai.app within 14 days of the charge.

6. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for commercial resale.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the trial limitation

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and copy on this website and in the Astralis AI app is owned by or licensed to Astralis AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that astrological timing guidance will produce specific results in your life. Individual outcomes vary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astralis AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us at hello@astralisai.app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
